The task of the organization, especially the basic development vector, creates the need to include a number of extraordinary measures in the production plan, taking into account both self -sufficient and apparently dependent conceptual decisions. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the high -tech concept of public structure unambiguously captures the need for further directions of development.
